What is Offline version of E-Black Dog software? *

Offline version of E-Black Dog software" can be used without internet connection. This works within one office only. The software is physically installed in the computer of customers by remotely accessing the computer. (From E-Black Dog office from Coimbatore, India) This is suitable for those who have single branch operations and those who are skeptical about working of internet connections.

Distance is not a problem for us, all that you need is a fairly good broadband internet connection.  We are already providing this service to our customers who are located much far away from us and most of them we have never seen. So the service part of it will never be a problem for you.

How will you give training for our staff to use the software *

A) We give training by remotely connecting your computer, and opening the software installed in your computer and screen by screen we will do entry and train your staff on how to use it.  
B) We are providing this training free, for specific number of hours via phone, email, chat and online meeting. Many of our customers are trained like that; this will not be a problem in our experience.

What if we need “on spot training” at our office *

A) Sure we can provide the same if you are willing to bear the cost of training and travel. The cost of this is sent to all customers in their quotation

We are worried that you will charge us more for customization? Will that be something we cannot bear? *

• No, Not at all.  We will only charge for the specific hours we work for you.  That too only the hours our programmer is working on your specific changes.  This is how it works:-
• The customer gives his requirement for customization/changes
• Nissi gives quotation for each batch of changes /customization based on time taken for each change.
• This is given based on the hours given by coders/ programmers; the cost is given to customers multiplied by hourly rate. At present the hourly rate is Rs.550/= /US$9 per hour
• Customer is always expected to always give approval for each "batch of customization quotations" so that there is no charge levied without customers' full knowledge.
• Customers can stop the customization anytime he /she feel the software is fully done as per their requirement.
• This gives customer the complete control over the customization expenses.

Can I change my software from Offline to Online and vice versa *

What is the Single user license? *

Single user license is that the License has been given to only one person to use. Here the software will recognize only one user as “Licensed User” who has authority to view all records and reports. Specific user rights are not provided in single user license.

What is the multi user license? *

Mutli-user License is that the License has been given to multiple users.  The user rights can be set for each and every user what information they are “allowed to view “ and  what information they “should not view” and also what information they feed in the software. This is helpful to manage the software and the info fed in software when there is an issue to be tracked as “who viewed which info and who fed in which information” and so on….

A) Yes it’s possible. We will provide “single user- multiple access” facility to same software for all your staff on a small fee per system payable on yearly basis. 
B) However we want to know that all the data entered by different staff will be treated by software as “entered by single user” only. So you will not be able to locate who entered which data

What is your turnaround time for “support requests *

A) Mostly if it’s a day time, and working hours, IST (Indian Standard time), we respond within 2 hours. In all other cases its 24 hours time. 
B) If the issue is critical that requires more time, then we will inform the time it will take. And finish the issue before time always.       C) If yours is a very critical business that requires more attention, you may opt for our “24/7 support plan” on extra cost.

A) Party – Yes
B) The software is web based so from any browser it can be viewed. But only the “report” section is fully compatible for mobile viewing. We are releasing the next version very soon which is fully mobile friendly.

How the salary is calculated when allocating “guards” to higher paid customer and Lower paid customers? *

A)  At present our software gives alert when you allocate a “security guard” to a highly paid or lower paid customers.  The alert will be as follows :-

C) The allocating authority can decide to allocate or not allocate.
